You represent a large U.S. corporation that manufactures rubber tires, and you want to begin manufacturing and distribution in another country. Choose a country that you think you would want to start a manufacturing plant in. Answer the following questions about your company and its chosen new market. I. Introduction: Here I will discuss the scenario regarding representing a U.S. corporation that manufactures and distributes rubber tires and the country I am interested in expanding to is China. In the region of Asian nations it represented the most elevated dollar worth of elastic tires trades amid 2015 with shipments adding up to $32.5 billion or 45.2% of sent out tire deals. (Workman, D., 2016) In addition, I will elaborate more on the steps it will take to conduct this process.
