- personal goals going forward
- what sort of nutrition goals and how will you apply them
- exercise goals including but not limited to amount of workouts per week, type of exercise, exercise variable, etc
– I did 1.exercise machines
2. simple exersice like ( push up , chest ….)
3. iron hall muscles.
